Ombudsman Prof. Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović participated in the XVII Counseling on the criminal law area in Neum

Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Prof. Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović, participated in the XVII Counseling in the Criminal Law, entitled "Current Criminal Law Issues in Bosnia and Herzegovina - 15th Year of Criminal Law Reform, the Way Covered and Looking Forward", held in Neum in the period from 7th to 9th June 2018.

Ombudsman Prof. Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović on this occasion presented a paper entitled "Some Important Decisions in the Material Criminal Legislation of the Republika Srpska, and after the adoption of the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska". In addition to this, Ombudsman Mitrović had another co-authored work with Prof. Dr. Dragan Jovašević from Niš on the topic: "Combating the Financing of Terrorism in the Republic of Serbia".

The consultation was organized by the Association of Judges in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, together with the Association of Judges of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Association of Judges of the Republika Srpska, the Association of Judges of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Association of Women Judges of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Judicial and Prosecutorial Training Center in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of the Republika Srpska, the Association of Prosecutors of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Association of Prosecutors of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Association of Prosecutors of the Republika Srpska, the BAR Association of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the BAR Association of the Republika Srpska and Judicial Commission of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
