Ombudsman's Activities | 19.07.2018 Meeting of Ombudsman dr. Jasminka Džumhur and Elisabet Tomašinec, Head of the Political Section of the EU Delegation to BiH Delegation of the EU in BiH Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina dr. Jasminka Džumhur held today a meeting with the head of the political department of the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elisabet Tomašinec. The main topic of the meeting was the prevention of violations of human rights in the administration. On this occasion, Džumhur informed Tomasinec about the activities of the Ombudsman in relation to citizens' complaints on the work of the administration and issued recommendations. In the further course of the meeting, it was emphasized the need to improve the services of the government through the reform of the public administration, in order to make it as efficient as possible, accessible and transparent in its work.
