Ombudsman prof.dr. Ljubinko Mitrović at the International Law Advisory Meeting "October Law Days"

Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina prof.dr. Ljubinko Mitrović participates as an exhibitor at the Fifteenth International Law Advisory Meeting "October Law Days" on the topic "The role of the police in confiscation of property resulting from the commission of a criminal offense in Republika Srpska", organized by the Association of Lawyers of the Republic of Srpska and the Law Faculty of the University of Banja Luka.

This year's international consulting of lawyers "October Law Days" is taking place on October 12 and 13 this year at the Law Faculty of the University of Banja Luka, with the participation of more than 500 lawyers from the country and abroad. The plenary session on the permanent theme "Building and functioning of the legal system" will be held at the Faculty of Law at the amphitheater, after which this international scientific conference will continue its work in five departments: state, administrative and labor law; civil law; economically legal; international legal and criminal-legal chairs.

All lawyers and volunteers from the Headquarters of the Ombudsman for Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Banja Luka are also present at the meeting.
