Ombudsman prof.dr. Ljubinko Mitrović at a conference organized by the Protector of Citizens - Ombudsman of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina

Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina prof. dr. Ljubinko Mitrović actively participated in the work of the second International Human Rights Protection Conference: "From Unlawfulness to Legality" held on October 30 and 31, 2018 in the Rectorate of the University of Novi Sad.

On this occasion the Ombudsman prof.dr. Ljubinko Mitrović addressed the participants on the topic "Protection of human rights and freedoms of persons deprived of their liberty from the perspective of the Ombudsman for Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina".

The organizer of the two-day conference is the Ombudsman of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina in cooperation with the Institute for Criminological and Sociological Research.

This year's conference is organized in three thematic areas that focus on the protection of human rights in the following way: The relation of independent institutions to unlawfulness, judiciary and illegality, legal theory and philosophical aspects of illegality and legality.
