Ljubinko Mitrović, ombudsman The Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina Prof. Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović took an active part in the work of the third international scientific conference titled "Harmonization of legal regulations with the acquis communautaire - The situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the experiences of others" held on March 15 this year in the hall of the Assembly of the City of Banja Luka. The Ombudsman Prof. Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović addressed participants of the meeting on the topic: "Standards in the procedures of the security organs, with the aim of respecting and protecting human rights". The conference was jointly organized by the Research Center Banja Luka, the Institute for Comparative Law Belgrade and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation.
