In civil and legal informing the public, and with the number of comments of citizens published on social networks and portals, the Human Rights Ombudsmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina Prof. Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović, Dr. Jasminka Džumhur and Nives Jukić.

There is no registered case in the Institution of the Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina related to the topic of cable operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina or Telemach, nor did the Human Rights Ombudsmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina appear in public regarding this issue. In this particular case, these are the statements of the Ombudsman for Consumer Rights in BiH, Saša Marić.

Having in mind the aforementioned Ombudsman for Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the introduction of citizens to address the issue of the subject to the Institution of the Ombudsman for Consumer Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina http://www.ozp.gov.ba/
