Ombudsperson of Bosnia and Herzegovina Jasminka Džumhur, PhD, visits Zenica Prison

Ombudsperson of Bosnia and Herzegovina Jasminka Džumhur, PhD, together with Vedrana Pavlović, Assistant Ombudsperson for the Exercise of Rights of Persons Deprived of Liberty, visited Zenica Prison on 28 July 2021.

On that occasion, the Ombudsperson spoke with the management about the situation at Zenica Correctional Facility, as well as the cases registered with IHROBiH based on complaints filed by persons serving their prison sentences in this Facility.

The visit was also used to take a prison tour and talk to convicted persons.
