Press statement | 12.02.2026 Preporuka Gradskoj upravi, Grad Tuzla Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina Podnosilac žalbe navodi da je dana 29.08.2025. godine Gradu Tuzla uputio zahtjev za pristup informacijama, na koji nije zaprimio odgovor, te zahtjeva intervenciju Institucije Ombudsmena po ovom pitanju. Nakon okončana postupka istrage i analize relevantne dokumentacije, Ombudsmeni su dana 11.02.2026.godine, uputili Preporuku broj: P-23/26 Gradskoj upravi, Grad Tuzla da preduzme mjere i radnje iz svoje nadležnosti u cilju blagovremenog postupanja po zahtjevu za pristup informacijama, a u skladu sa rokovima koji su predviđeni u Zakonu o slobodi pristupa informacijama Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine; Da u roku od 15 dana, računajući od dana prijema preporuke, obavijesti Ombudsmen Bosne i Hercegovine o preduzetim aktivnostima na njenoj realizaciji.
