Press statement | 21.04.2026 Preporuka Odboru za bezbjednost, Narodne skupštine Republike Srpske Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina Iz žalbe i dostavljene dokumentacije proizlazi da je podnosilac žalbe, dana 23.07.2025. godine, uputio dopunjeni zahtjev za pristup informacijama Odboru za bezbjednost Narodne skupštine Republike Srpske, na koji mu nije odgovoreno, te traži intervenciju Ombudsmena. Nakon okončana postupka istrage i analize relevantne dokumentacije, Ombudsmeni su, dana 17.04.2026. godine, uputili Preporuku broj: P-107/26, Odboru za bezbjednost, Narodne skupštine Republike Srpske da odmah po prijemu ove preporuke, podnosiocu žalbe na podneseni zahtjev odgovori u skladu sa odredbama Zakona o slobodi pristupa informacijama u Republici Srpskoj i da u roku od 30 dana, računajući od dana prijema preporuke, obavijesti Ombudsmen Bosne i Hercegovine o preduzetim aktivnostima na njenoj realizaciji.
