Press statement | 04.05.2026 Preporuka Gradskoj upravi Grad Banja Luka Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina Instituciji Ombudsmena za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine obratili su se podnosioci žalbe i kao odgovornu stranu označili Gradsku upravu Grad Banja Luka. Podnosioci žalbe navode da je njihova molba za učešćem na radničkim igrama odbijena. Ombudsmeni za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine su, nakon sprovedenog istražnog postupka, u skladu sa svojim ovlašćenjima propisanim članom 32. Zakona o Ombudsmenu uputili Preporuku broj P-104/26 1. Da pristupi donošenju internih akata kojima bi bili obuhvaćeni pravni osnovi za korištenje plaćenog odsustva u svrhu učešća radnika na radničkim igrama, u skladu sa nalazima iz ove Preporuke 2.
