Press statement | 05.06.2026 Preporuka Policijskoj stanici Živinice i JU Centar za socijalni rad Živinice Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina Institucija ombudsmena za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine postupala je po žalbi koja se odnosila na navodno neadekvatno postupanje Policijske stanice Živinice i JU Centar za socijalni rad Živinice u slučaju dugotrajno narušenih porodičnih odnosa, uznemiravanja i ugrožavanja porodične sigurnosti. Nakon provedenog postupka, Ombudsmeni BiH su utvrdili da su nadležni organi postupali u okviru svojih nadležnosti, ali su, imajući u vidu dugotrajnost problema, učestale prijave, zdravstveno stanje podnosioca žalbe i osjetljivost porodične situacije, uputili preporuku P-173/26 Policijskoj stanici Živinice i Centru za socijalni rad Živinice da nastave koordinirano pratiti stanje i preduzimati potrebne mjere s ciljem zaštite porodične sigurnosti i sprečavanja moguće eskalacije sukoba.
