Press statement | 04.11.2026 Preporuka Vladi Tuzlanskog kantona Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina Institucija ombudsmana za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine zaprimila je dana 10.8.2026. godine prigovor koji ukazuje na nepravilnosti u postupku izbora i imenovanja predsjednika i članova Upravnog odbora Zavoda zdravstvenog osiguranja Tuzlanskog kantona iz reda osiguranika, po javnom oglasu objavljenom 15.1.2026. godine. Nakon provedenog postupka istrage, Ombudsmani Bosne i Hercegovine su dana, 26.10.2026. godine uputili Preporuku broj: P-360/26 Vladi Tuzlanskog kantona sljedećeg sadržaja: 1. Da poništi Rješenje broj: 02/1-04-7943/26 od 17. 3. 2026. godine o imenovanju Upravnog odbora Zavoda zdravstvenog osiguranja Tuzlanskog kantona, objavljenog u Službenim novinama Tuzlanskog kantona broj: 6/26 od 23.4.2026. godine; 2. Da preduzme sve neophodne mjere kako bi se osiguralo imenovanje Upravnog odbora Zavoda zdravstvenog osiguranja Tuzlanskog kantona uz poštivanje svih zakonskih i podzakonskih propisa; 3. Da u roku od 30 dana dostave povratnu informaciju instituciji Ombudsmana za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine o provedbi date Preporuke.
