Ombudsman's Activities | 21.03.2019 The Ombudsmen Nives Jukić and Prof. Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović at a conference organized by OSCE Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina The Ombudsmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nives Jukić and Prof. Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović held an introductory speech at a conference titled "Ten Years of Combating Discrimination in Bosnia and Herzegovina" organized by the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina today and tomorrow in Sarajevo. The aim of the conference is to encourage effective co-operation and coordination of all relevant actors in the fight against discrimination, to improve the understanding of judges and legal experts on the subject, to provide space for the exchange of experience and to improve knowledge of comparable best practices in the fight against discrimination, and to call to develop policies, programs and strategies at the appropriate level. In the work of the two-day conference, besides the ombudsman, their assistants and associates also participate.
