The Ombudsmen Nives Jukić and Dr. Jasminka Džumhur at a meeting with representatives of five OSCE member states

The Ombudsmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nives Jukić and Dr. Jasminka Džumhur met today with representatives of five OSCE participating States (France, Italy, Switzerland, Great Britain and the United States) who are dealing with the issues of the Western Balkans, who are on an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The delegation included Riccarda Torriani from Switzerland, Isa Ghivarelly from Italy, Clare Nantier from France, Susan Vierny from the United Kingdom and Dustin De Grande from the United States.

At the meeting held at the premises of the OSCE Mission, it was discussed about the protection and promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms, the undertaken activities of the Ombudsperson for Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the past year, as well as planned activities for the next period.

Also, the participants of the meeting discussed the past, as well as the continuation of the successful cooperation of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Ombudsman Institution, and agreed on the importance of the cooperation.
