Jasminka Džumhur, ombudsman Ombudsperson of Bosnia and Herzegovina Jasminka Džumhur, PhD, participated in the online seminar on “Deprivation and restoration of legal capacity, with focus on detaining people in healthcare institutions”, organised by the Judicial and Prosecutorial Training Centre of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ombudsperson Džumhur addressed the seminar participants with the topics “Protection of persons with mental disabilities in the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights” and “Deprivation of legal capacity - international standards, experiences from BiH and experiences from the region”.
